HR Administration Specialist (m/f/d) - part-time

As we are getting ready to bring our organization to the next level, we are looking for an HR Admin who understands and drives systematically internal user value by owning our HR Administration and drive all administrative projects across the employee lifecycle. .. Someone who views service to others as a deeply personal calling.

Your Mission

  • You execute all operational HR services functions like onboarding, offboarding, payroll, absence, document requests, and office management.
  • You proactively challenge, design, and optimize all HR processes.
  • You keep an overview and summarize reportings of all HR master data and ensure their availability, coverage, timeliness, and punctuality.
  • You use your self-starter-mentality, strong sense of urgency, your proven toolkit, and your ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • You are the go-to expert in all HR matters across the whole organization and for our external partners.
  • You are actively involved in international HR projects and in the implementation of our HR strategy with your own ideas.

Your Travel Experience

  • Previous HR administration and payroll experience, preferably in a dynamic, rapidly growing start-up environment.
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable, ideally with a focus on human resources and organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of German labor law, wage tax, and social security law.
  • Independent, structured, and precise way of working and a reliable and discreet personality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet the internal user's needs.
  • Someone who enjoys variety in their role.
  • Fluency in English and German.
