As we embark on a new adventure of transforming PaulCamper into a truly agile company, we are looking for an experienced UX Analyst and Designer to join our cross-functional teams in creating excellent experience for PaulCamper’s website and mobile app users. 


The ideal candidate is a master of UX strategies, can move at high speed from concept to result, has  working experience of MVP sprints and a sincere commitment to keep the user in the center in all processes. You will fit right in if you are a risk taker at heart, who understands our fast-growing marketplace ecosystem and keen to try out new paths with all things UX. 


Your Mission

  • Create great user experiences in a fast and lean way
  • Mine and create data to find the best solutions
  • Conceive and conduct targeted user research, interviews and surveys, translating them into wireframes, user flows, customer journey maps, mockups and prototypes
  • Coach other team members in the user research processes in order to enable teams to gain autonomy in this field
  • Communicate design specifications for developers and push design into production


Your Travel Experience

  • Passion for resolving user pains and for creating solutions that will exceed users expectations - all based on data
  • Five or more years of experience in web and mobile app ecosystems - specializing in UX, UI in combination with design and/or data analysis 
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Strong ability to read and analyze data within UX context
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with remote testing tools 
  • Good design aesthetic, consistent branding, tone of voice, look and feel
  • Ability to receive feedback and constructive criticism
  • Familiarity with agile work processes and tools that support them
  • Working knowledge of Sketch, Zeplin, Prototyping software like Prototype.io or Indesign , Photoshop, Miro
  • Eager to learn more and share knowledge
  • Fluent english knowledge, french or dutch would be a plus
