As our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you drive the wonderful mission of attracting & onboarding the best talent without time lag! You understand yourself as the servant of the teams and the business and love to actively build and shape our team!
You have a clear understanding of the way you hire the greatest people, because you empathise with your target group and understand where to find them. Also, you reflect on your behaviour continuously and adapt according to your learnings.

You build up a state of the art recruiting process that involves all relevant stakeholders by enabling and training them to participate in the process steps.
You build a lean, easy to understand weekly reporting that allows everyone to understand the state of the recruiting projects.
You know your business! We need you to:
translate requirements into competence profiles and personas
write job ads, post them in the relevant channels, conduct interviews, coordinate interviews
carry out direct search (including executive level)
carry out specific interview processes with the right questions (behavioural and STAR)
be able to handle mutliple hiring projects at the same time
go out and represent PaulCamper on recruiting events
You lead, grow, and develop your team of currently 1 recruiter and 2 working students.
Your Travel Experience
You are a recruitment tiger with at least 5 years experience in strategic and operational talent acquisition with an excellent track record, including recruiting at executive level and employer branding measures.
You have built up smart & scalable processes and structures in a fast-paced, VC funded environment with a high level of ownership and responsibility. You have a broad entrepreneurial understanding. Ideally, your knowledge and experience is complemented through activities in other areas such as sales, marketing, business development.
You are a fast thinker & fast implementer, analytical with the ability to connect every action to our bigger picture and organisational purpose.
You exude a positive attitude, magnetism, and passion for us and our product that opens up those with whom you interact - team members, potential talents, partners, network.
You are fluent in German and English.
You have an extensive network in the start-up scene.
